Just a week after the eighth anniversary of her death, Amy Winehouse’s ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is reportedly demanding a “£1 million cut” of her fortune.
The Valerie singer died from alcohol poisoning at the age of 27 on July 23, 2011.
She was married to Fielder-Civil – who has admitted introducing her to heroin – for two years.
The couple divorced in 2009 and she reportedly paid him a £250,000 lump sum.
Now, he is said to be looking for another cash payout, plus a monthly allowance.
At the time of her tragic death, Amy did not have a will. Instead, her after-tax assets of £2.94m went to her heartbroken parents, Janis and Mitch.

Blake has reportedly told the family that his lawyers say he is entitled to a share of Amy’s fortune, which is thought to have grown since her death due to royalties.
They say that because he was with the troubled singer for six years, during which she released some of her biggest songs, he has a “valid claim”.
Lawyers, however, say that if the settlement Amy gave Blake was specified as a “clean break”, he may not have a case.
A source close to Amy’s family told The Sun that “he deserves nothing”.

Admitting that it looks likely they will face a court battle, the source revealed: “This is someone who spent a lot of Amy’s money during their time together.”
They added: “He also spent a lot of their marriage in prison, bringing nothing but pain to everyone. To give him another penny would be too much.”
The source added that Amy’s mum Janis is particularly upset about the latest turn of events.
They added: “Amy’s family are obviously upset about this. Blake is an utter scumbag. It is unbelievable that he is trying to tap into her estate and make a claim for money.”
