Chocolate fans are thrilled to discover that Maltesers is launching its popular biscuit in a mint version.
Makers Mars announced the new addition to the Maltesers Biscuits range, which were introduced at the start of the year.
They feature three crisp malty honeycomb bobbles which are then smothered in smooth milk chocolate.
The new flavour features a “perfect” hint of mint, early testers have revealed.
A Mars rep told ED!: “Mint chocolate lovers rejoice. Maltesers fans begin the celebrations. As September sees the launch of a new treat perfect for you – Mint Maltesers Biscuits.”

However, the rep added: “But with only 111 calories in a two-biscuit serving, you might just choose to keep them all to yourself, to enjoy throughout the week.”
Early testers have said the biscuits are lovely, so it’ll take some willpower to eat two and put the packet back in the cupboard, we think!
NewFoodsUK has already tasted the biccies and they have said they’re gorgeous.
“NEW Mint Maltesers Biscuits have arrived! The mint addition to these biscuits is perfect!” the post read.
