Fabio’s Gelato, based in Hitchin, has announced the launch of the Christmas sweet treat, which features vanilla ice cream mixed with maple syrup and blended pigs in blankets.
It’s served in a Yorkshire pudding and comes topped with a crispy bacon wafer and a drizzle of maple syrup.
