It’s not the end of a meal at Christmas (or any other dinner with friends and family) if you don’t whip out a box of Matchmakers at the end!
And now good news for fans of the classic chocolate – new flavours have been launched for Christmas AND the prices have been dropped.
While shoppers will normally have had to pay £2 per box, Tesco have dropped their prices to just £1.

And as well as the usual mint flavour, you can now get your hands on salted caramel, gingerbread, and maple and pecan – how very festive!
With Tesco slashing their prices Lidl have gone one better – quite literally…
They’re selling various flavours for just 99p!
It seems they have the traditional mint, plus orange flavour and salted caramel on sale in their stores.
Aldi is selling them for £1 as well, but again, with less choice, and B&M also have a range retailing for just £1.
Fans are going wild for the products with one writing on Snack Reviews Facebook page: “These are just off the scale! I’ve scoffed a gingerbread pack already!”
“NEED to find the gingerbread,” added one more.

The maple and pecan flavour, however, got mixed reviews.
While many were writing they had to get hold of them and they sound “delicious”, another said: “Pecan and maple are awful.”
