Louise Redknapp has said that her “image” and “sense of style” has changed as she’s got older.
The star said her sense of style has “always been important” to her and something she “loves to experiment with”.
The Undivided Love singer, 43, opened up about having to put her career on hold to focus on her life as a wife and a mum to her sons Charley, 13, and Beau, nine.

She told the Daily Express: “After growing up in a girl band and spending a lot of my early 20s in the spotlight, my image and sense of style has always been hugely important to me and something I love to experiment with.
“Like most people as you start to get older, other things take over.
“You have a family to look after, you’re running a household, your career path changes.”
She added: “I’m not surprised that people suffer with low self-confidence with the rise of Instagram, Twitter and selfies, it’s easy to doubt yourself or compare yourself to other people.
“But for me beauty and confidence comes from your being you in so many different ways – be bold and positive and always shine bright.”
This isn’t the first time Louise has spoke about how her family life has taken over from her pop career.
She told Stella magazine last year: “I think this happens to a lot of women when they get married and have children.

“I’d think of my past life as a pop star as being ‘not reality’. Looking after the house and my family was my reality.”
She added: “I have spent most of my life pleasing everyone else, worrying about being judged and thinking I should always do the right thing by staying at home, looking after my kids and my husband.”
