Shoppers planning on heading out for the Black Friday sales this week can get a huge fry-up breakfast from Morrisons – and it’s only £5!
The whopping 19-piece brekkie, nicknamed the ‘Big Daddy’, normally costs £6 and comes with three pieces of bacon, three sausages, two fried eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, two black pudding slices, two half pieces of bread, two halves of a tomato and three hash browns.

But Morrisons has decided to include it in the Black Friday sale, knocking £1 or around 17 per cent off the usual price for shoppers looking to avoid getting hangry as they brave the inevitable swarms of bargain hunters.
Morrisons’ head of cafes, Helen Tordoff, said: “We know Black Friday shopping can take a lot out of customers and hope that this Black Fry-Day Breakfast will keep hangry-ness at bay and fuel them through the highs and lows of the big day.
“We’re proud to offer deals our customers want and bid them happy bargain-hunting this Black Friday.”
Black Friday, which falls on November 29 this year, offers a chance for consumers to save money on their Christmas shopping by taking advantage of limited-time offers.
Deals at Morrisons will include a third off all champagnes, including bottles of bubbly from Moet, Chandon, Bollinger and Veuve Clicquot, as well as the company’s own-brand offerings.

In addition to the Black Friday champagne deal, Morrisons will be selling a magnum of Prosecco Doc Spumante by Palazzo Nobile for £10.
The brand is advising customers to act quick, as the 1.5 litre bottles are expected to sell out.

The blurb on the Morrisons site read: “Beloved by Italians, Prosecco Doc is the perfect wine to celebrate.
“With its delicate fruit notes, elegant mousse and refreshing style, it is great to enjoy on its own but also excellent to pair with all courses.”
It added that the bumper bottle should be served “chilled” and “[enjoyed] with the people you like” this Christmas.
