Adam Thomas’ newborn daughter got a special visitor over Bank Holiday weekend: ex TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh!
Lucy is dating Adam’s brother, former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas, and popped around to Adam’s house on Monday to meet baby Elsie-Rose for the first time.
The 26-year-old shared an adorable photo to Instagram showing her cuddling the tiny newborn.
She added the caption: “Isn’t she just perfect!! Congratulations @carolinethomas23 @adamthomas21 u are so lucky & have some seriously good genes 🙌🏽☺💕.
“Beautiful Elsie-Rose Thomas welcome to the world ❤ x (sic).”

Fans were quick to tell Lucy she looked like a “natural” with the little girl, with one commenting: “Holding a baby really suits you.”
Lucy has been dating soap star Ryan, 33, since they met while competing on Bear Grylls’ Celebrity Island last year.
The couple prefer to keep their romance out of the spotlight, rarely sharing photos of each other to social media – although fans did spot Lucy in a snap shared by Ryan over the weekend to mark a friend’s wedding in Spain.
He posted a photo of their table at the reception.
Former Emmerdale star Adam, 29, and his dance teacher wife Caroline welcomed Elsie-Rose one week ago.
They’re also parents to son Teddy, three.
Adam announced his daughter’s arrival by sharing a cute photo to Instagram showing his wife and two children sleeping next to each other – and the dog!
On Sunday evening, Caroline marked one week since Elsie-Rose’s arrival.
She told fans: “So at exactly 5.30pm last Sunday our little lady entered the world! A whole week old, you’ve changed our lives forever Elsie-Rose you made us complete.”
Caroline also shared a glimpse of her daughter’s cream and grey nursery, telling fans: “How beautiful is Elsie-Rose’s cot, a bed fit for a princess!”
Caroline previously revealed the special meaning behind their daughter’s name.
She wrote in her OK! Online column: “My grandad passed away last year, and then we found out that the baby was due on his birthday – which is lovely.
“My dad used to have this nickname for my grandad, which is a girl’s name, and that’s the name we’ve picked for the baby.”
