Cheeky Coronation Street star Alan Halsall took aim at soap pal Simon Gregson during his Saturday night out with family and girlfriend Tisha Merry.
Earlier in the evening the 36-year-old actor shared a snap with his 142,000 Instagram followers of him out for dinner at posh Catalonian restaurant in Manchester with Tisha and two other people, believed to be his brother and sister-in-law.
The soap favourite indicated he was having a smashing time in the picture’s caption, praising the company, food and wine as “great”.
Sharing the same image that showed her with her right hand on Alan’s shoulder on her Instagram, infrequent poster Tisha similarly made out that her “#datenight🍷” was going swimmingly.

Alan also hinted he was reserving judgement over the evening’s entertainment, still yet to come at that point – but as it turns out, it seems the Tyrone Dobbs star found plenty of amusement in the Cirque du Soleil performance they went to see.
Uploading a snap of a theatrical set piece to his Instagram Stories, Alan joked the hectic scene made him think of his Weatherfield cast-mate’s internal organs.
“What I imagine Simon Gregson’s liver to look like,” he ribbed.
The Corrie mates have frequently bantered with one another on social media over the years – with Steve McDonald star Simon once sledging Alan with this NSFW image of a very large and hairy naked man lying on his front.

Alan and Tisha, 26, confirmed their romance in May, putting a loved-up shot on social media while attending Corrie co-star Sam Aston’s wedding.
They had sparked rumours that they were dating back in March, when they attended a rugby league game together.
Alan was previously married to Lucy-Jo Hudson, with whom he shares daughter Sienna-Rae.
They were married for nine years before splitting in 2018.
