Alison Hammond shows off 11-stone weight loss in gruelling workout clip leaving fans amazed

Alison Hammond has unveiled her impressive weight loss after working up a sweat in the gym.

Telly fave Alison, 49, has undergone a weight loss journey recently. Last week, Alison admitted she was at her heaviest at 28 stone.

In a bid to turn things around, Alison managed to lose 11 stone, following a change in her diet and intense workout routines.

And on Monday (September 9) Alison gave fans a look inside her gym session – and she looked incredible!

In a recent video shared to her trainer’s Instagram Story, Alison could be seen exercising in a gym. Wearing a black jumper with mesh sleeves and tight black leggings, the Brummie favourite got to work.

Working up a sweat, Alison hoisted weights up and down during her workout. The clip also showed her using kettlebells and boxing.

The caption read: “The Queen in today, short on time so quick 45-minute circuit and done!”

This Morning star Alison herself commented with a black heart emoji. Meanwhile, other followers soon dished out the compliments, applauding Alison for her hard work.

Alison Hammond had gastric band

Like a number of celebs, Alison underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2014. However, her body rejected it and she only kept it for two years after struggling to “keep down one bite of food”.

In an extract from her autobiography, You’ve Got To Laugh, Alison said: “I was sick a lot. I couldn’t keep anything down. It was really distressing, I felt as if my body was rejecting the foreign entity inside me and I began to get ill.

“I kept it for two years, until it was getting to the point where I couldn’t even keep down one bite of food. ‘I can’t take this anymore,’ I thought, miserably.”
