Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has spoken of her gratitude to NHS staff after they saved her sister’s life.

TV star Amanda rushed to her hospital bedside following the accident in Cornwall.

She has now revealed that her sister is “out of danger” and has taken to social media to share her thanks to those involved.

Amanda thanked her fans on Twitter for their support.

After revealing that her sister will make a “full recovery”, 45-year-old Amanda wrote: “Thank you for the kind messages re my Sister.

“We are delighted to say she is out of danger & going to make a full recovery. Long live the NHS.”

A source told The Sun that Amanda was “in absolute agony”.

The source added: “She immediately travelled to Cornwall to be with Debbie.

“It’s been a very difficult 48 hours and the whole family have been pulling together and trying to keep positive.

“Amanda is very close to her sister.

“They’re only a year apart and there’s something about them together which is really special.
