The 48-year-old has previously made her views on dieting clear, claiming that she is not a fan.
In an interview with MailOnline, she said: “You have to enjoy life. I eat everything. Drink everything.
“I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don’t diet,” she added.
Instead, Amanda prefers to workout in order to stay fit and has shared snaps of her enviable figure online.
Last year, she wowed fans with bikini shots showing off her toned figure while she was on a family holiday in Corsica.
Fans went wild, with one saying: “Sizzling and I’m not talking weather!!!”
“Amanda you look absolutely Incredible darling x,” said another.
