Newlywed Andrea McLean has revealed her beloved dog collapsed just two days before her wedding.
The Loose Women favourite tied the knot with Nick Feeney last week, but behind their beaming smiles was concern for their poorly pup.
Thankfully, adorable Jackson is now on the mend and back with the family.
Andrea, 48, shared a post to Instagram on Wednesday detailing Jackson’s health scare and its aftermath, saying it had been a week of “happiness and joy”.

Uploading a photo of Jackson, she told fans: “So happy to be picking up the most important member of our family today.
“Last week, two days before our wedding, our beautiful boy Jackson collapsed. He was rushed to North Downs Specialist Referrals where he was operated on.
“It has been a week of tears; of happiness and joy, sadness and worry!
“Thank you NDSF for looking after our boy, he is now going to be loved back to health by our very relieved family.”
Andrea did not disclose why Jackson had collapsed.
Fans were quick to share their happiness that the cute dog was back with his family.
One said: “Look how happy he is to be going home. Get better soon Jackson.”
Another wrote: “Oh dear & just before your wedding! Bless him, he’s back with all the love & family. Poor Jackson.”
A third added: “Absolutely gorgeous they really do worry you, they are part of the family.”
And a fourth said: “So frightening when they get sick, pleased to hear he is okay and on the mend.”
Andrea wed businessman Nick, her partner of four years, at an intimate ceremony last week.
She looked absolutely stunning in a beautiful strapless white lace gown, as seen in photos shared to Instagram by her Loose Women colleague Saira Khan.
Andrea and Nick met in 2013 after they were set up on a blind date.
In August of this year, Nick popped the question while the couple were enjoying a romantic break in Paris.
Before saying their vows, Andrea shared her happiness in a poignant Instagram post.
In an emotional caption alongside a picture of their joined initials and names, she shared her joy at becoming a bride again at the age of 48 after previously having her heart broken.
She said: “The best day of our lives has begun. I’m so happy that from today Nick and I will be walking through life hand in hand, side by side. I didn’t dare hope that I would find love again when all seemed lost, and the world felt dark and sad.”
She added: “In four years we have talked, listened, laughed and learned to love again. My broken heart is not only fixed, it is filled to bursting. I have learned that love in middle age comes with so much more… the past isn’t left behind, it travels with you, and teaches you what you don’t want as much as what you do.

“It brings baggage, history and scars, but over time it becomes something stronger and more solid because of all of that. I dared to dream, and today my dreams are coming true.”
