Loose Women’s Andrea McLean has begged Strictly Come Dancing bosses to sign her up for the next series.
The 48-year-old told Best magazine she dreams of appearing on the BBC One dancing competition but, so far, she’s yet to be asked.
“I’m putting it out there – I’d love to be on Strictly!” she said.
“It’s quite demoralising when we have guests on Loose Women and they say, ‘Oh, Strictly ask me every year but I turn them down.’ And I’m sitting there thinking, ‘Why have they never asked me?!’
“It would be a great end to this year, doing Strictly.”

Over to you, Strictly…
It’s certainly been a memorable year so far for Andrea who ended 2017 by marrying husband Nick Feeney and then celebrated the release of her book, Confessions of a Menopausal Woman, earlier this summer.
If Andrea did that call from Strictly bosses, she’d be following in the footsteps of fellow Loose Women panellist Ruth Langsford, who appeared on the programme last year and made it all the way to week eight with pro partner Anton du Beke.
However, if the call doesn’t come, Andrea still has plenty to keep herself busy thanks to her panel chair role on Loose Women and continued promo duties for her book, which details her personal experiences of going through menopause.
The 16th series of Strictly Come Dancing will air on BBC One later this year but the line-up has yet to be announced.
Celebrity names in the running are said to include Coronation Street actress Catherine Tyldesley, television presenter Anneka Rice and even Coleen Rooney, although she’s said in the past she wouldn’t be interested.
We do know, however, which pro dancers will be strutting their stuff on the floor.
BBC announced in May that professional dancer Chloe Hewitt will not be returning, after previously revealing pro Brendan Cole had also left the show.
The dancers who ARE returning are Anton Du Beke, Gorka Marquez, Karen Clifton, Kevin Clifton, Aljaž Škorjanec, AJ Pritchard, Giovanni Pernice, Janette Manrara, Pasha Kovalev, Oti Mabuse and Katya Jones.
Amy Dowden, Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova and Neil Jones will also return.
