Ant McPartlin is left emotional when a Britain’s Got Talent child star tells him she “missed him” as the show returns this weekend.
Ant, 43, will reunite with his telly partner Dec Donnelly for this year’s BGT this weekend and it’s definitely going to be an emotional one.

According to The Sun, Saturday’s launch will see Flakefleet Primary School, from Fleetwood, Lancashire, perform Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now led by headteacher Dave McPartlin.
The judges are moved by the audition, with David Walliams saying: “You made our hearts soar.”
“It’s one of the most joyous things I’ve ever seen. This is what you want your childhood to have been like – and what you want your children’s childhood to be like.”
As the children leave the stage, Ant picks up a girl called Emily and says: “Right. I’m keeping one.”
The little girl replies: “I missed you.”
Ant then tells her he “loves her lots”.
Meanwhile, on Saturday night, a drag artist dressed as Queen Elizabeth, a ventriloquist from Devon and an unexpected strip-show from one of the judges will feature.
Also auditioning in front of the panel will be a Dalek from Nottinghamshire and brothers from Russia whose death-defying act will have the judges covering their eyes.

Ant recently opened up about returning to the show, with him and Dec saying even after so many series, they were still surprised by some of the auditions.
“We’re always shocked by what we see and on series 13 that’s no mean feat because you go, ‘Well, we’ve kind of seen it all’,” said Dec.
“But on more than one occasion this year we’ve both looked at each other and been like, ‘Even after 13 series we’ve never seen that before’.”
Ant added: “So this act came on and did synchronised skipping, and we’re stood in the wings thinking how we’ve never seen anything like this before.

“We’ve had one person do it, but never a huge crew of them doing it to music. So it shows there are still people out there who are willing to try new things. It’s great. It’s been great.
“It’s felt a bit like old school Britain’s Got Talent where people used to just practice their act in their bedroom and then turn up on the show.”
Britain’s Got Talent returns to ITV on Saturday at 7.15pm.
