Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly put out a FIRE at Britain’s Got Talent audition!

Things got seriously out of control, apparently

Auditions are literally on fire for this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, as presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were forced to put out flames on the stage floor.

The Mirror Online reports that things kicked off this weekend after a contestant from Greece, called Bambas, performed a plate-smashing routine.

And, predictably, judges David Walliams, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell got involved.

All four reportedly ran on stage to join in, smashing crockery and even throwing plates at Ant and Dec, who also wanted in on the action.

Things didn’t get any less childish when Simon, 58, finally returned to his seat, as he threw his own BGT mug on stage too, with the liquid inside going everywhere.

But things started really spiralling out of control when Bambas performed a second trick, this time with fire.

He balanced a glass of flames on his head but, when he dropped it, Ant and Dec had to save the day, running on stage at the London Palladium with water to put out the fire.

The Mirror’s BGT source claims: “We are used to all sorts happening on the show, but this really was the most crazy audition we have ever seen. The mess took ages to clear up.”

It comes after the gang were seen on their way to auditions on the London Underground last Sunday evening, where they took a series of selfies.

If this kind of madness at work doesn’t distract Ant from the drama in his personal life, nothing will.

Speculation has continued around the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here presenter’s divorce from Lisa Armstrong, 41.

The pair announced in mid-January that they were splitting up after 23 years together.

It came after a troubled year for Ant as he spent time in rehab for prescription drug addictions.

And now reports are calling it a “£155 million divorce battle” as sources claim the Strictly make-up artist could be entitled to Ant’s future earnings.

Ant, 42, has already amassed a fortune of £62 million thanks to years at the helm of shows such as Saturday Night Takeaway and Britain’s Got Talent, alongside best friend Dec, 42.
