They were granted a divorce in a hearing which took 30 seconds last October.
But the finer details of their split are still apparently ongoing, with Britain’s Got Talent host Ant McPartlin reportedly meeting ex-wife Lisa Armstrong for showdown talks today (September 6).
It will be the first time they come face to face this year.
Ant is currently loved-up with the couple’s former PA Anne-Marie Corbett. They got together three months after Ant split from Lisa, who he was married to for 11 years.
The presenter is now keen to “move on” and continue building his life with Anne-Marie, reports The Mirror.

A source said: “Ant is really keen on drawing a line under everything and moving on with his life. The meeting is part of that process.”
They added: “At the end of the day, he is really in love with Anne-Marie and just wants to get the divorce over and done with.”
The couple were set to come fact to face in court last November to discuss how they were going to split their financial assets.
Ant was “told off” by the judge when he failed to attend.

The I’m A Celebrity star was also reportedly stopped from entering the home they once shared by Lisa, when he came to collect the last of his belongings in July.
Today’s meeting is set to take place in London and, sources say, the pair are keen to work things out in a civil manner.
“They are both adults and it’s hopeful things are resolved soon.”
Strictly Come Dancing make-up boss Lisa stood by Ant as he battled prescription drug addiction following a botched knee op.
He was also involved in a car accident and arrested for drink-driving last March.
Last month, it was claimed Lisa – who got custody of the couple’s dog Hurley – is thinking of planning a move Stateside, setting up home in Los Angeles to “get away” from Ant playing “happy families” with Anne-Marie.
