I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here is planning to take a leaf out of Strictly’s book as they gather their latest group of celebrities for the Australian jungle.
With the show, and the likes of Celebrity Big Brother, becoming a gathering of reality TV stars, ITV bosses have looked to address this.
It looks like then that the likes of Vicky Pattison won’t win in the future, as they won’t be signed up to take part.
Show producers think that reality TV stars bring a large following of fans to the show, which could see their favourites being banned from making the trip.
Last year saw former Geordie Shore star Vicky get crowned Queen of the Jungle, with TOWIE star Ferne McCann and X Factor product George Shelley being in the top three with her.

This time around though, the show will follow BBC’s Strictly’s ideal of keeping clear of reality shows for more “credible” stars.
An insider for the show told The Sun: “This year I’m A Celeb… wants to go back to its roots by signing up more cult favourites from the past and current, newsworthy personnel.
“The last series got a ribbing for having so many reality show stars and giving them lots of camera time.”

The insider admitted that reality stars can provide some great TV moments but producers are looking for a better mix of campmates.
They added: “Despite them providing most entertainment, bosses are keen to lure more credible campmates.”
The jungle has been a happy hunting ground for characters from shows like TOWIE and Made In Chelsea.
Some former campmates complained that reality TV stars enter the show with an unfair advantage, as they have huge social media followings.
This year’s happy campers will then be made up to know that they could be up against Gogglebox’s Scarlett Moffatt.
She has combined social media following of around 700,000 people, which will no doubt make her one of the favourites to win.
