The Chase star Bradley Walsh filled in for Simon Cowell at a star-studded wedding after the X Factor boss had to pull out of performing best man duties.
Simon, 58, was due to second Nigel Hall, the TV chief of the entertainment company Syco that produces The X Factor for ITV, as he got married yesterday.
But according to MailOnline, show judge Si reportedly had to pull out because of telly commitments in the US.
It is believed last week’s final of America’s Got Talent and the upcoming launch of America’s Got Talent: The Champions in the next few days meant Simon had to ensure he was focused on work rather than pleasure.

Indeed, he missed out on the swish wedding do at Claridge’s in London entirely – but his partner Lauren Silverman managed to make the bash.
The mother of their four-year-old son Eric gave Cheryl’s feathery Zuhair Murad outfit a run for its money as she looked super glam in a strapless black lace gown.
Also in attendance for the wedding were the likes of Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan.
Amanda hashtagged the heck out of a snap of herself in a beautifully elegant pink dress alongside husband Chris Hughes on Instagram, captioning it: “#datenight going to a #special #commitment #celebration for 2 #lovely #friends.”

While isn’t known how much notice Simon was able to give about not being able to support his mate Nigel, no doubt charismatic Bradley proved an entertaining hit in the wedding party.
Could there be a more perfect replacement? But did Bradders have to come up with his best man speech on the hoof?
We’ve attended enough weddings that have fallen apart when it comes to the speeches to know those standing up to speak often misjudge the room because they haven’t prepped enough.
It isn’t all that often that best men have the same kind of performing CV that Bradley does, though.
Hopefully he remembered to thank the bridesmaids – imagine having to compete with Lauren, Cheryl and Amanda in the fashion stakes!
