Cheryl and Liam Payne have split; the singers announced the sad news in a statement to their fans on social media on Sunday night.
Cheryl’s read: “We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It’s been a tough decision for us to make.
“We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.”

Shortly afterwards, Liam posted an identical message to his Twitter…

According to The Sun, Liam, 24, already moved out of the mansion they shared in Surrey a fortnight ago.
The news comes a day after Cheryl celebrated her 35th birthday.
There was no sign of Liam, and no birthday message from him. Instead Cheryl spent the day with her besties from Girls Aloud, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.
The couple – who first met on The X Factor back in 2008, when she was a judge and he was a young lad auditioning – got together in February 2016.

They welcomed son Bear in March 2017 and Cheryl, who had refused to confirm the pregnancy, gushed about her new life.
