There is nothing like a throwback to get us all in a wistful mood.
And former Big Brother winner Brian Dowling really took us back, when he posted a great picture from the beginning of his TV career.
A gorgeous photo of a very fresh faced Brian sitting alongside an equally young looking Tess Daly!
The pair were, of course, sitting together on the very famous SMTV Live couch, where they had taken on presenting roles after original presenters, Cat Deeley and Ant and Dec, had left.
Brian reminisced back to the moment of his first TV role that came after he had just won Big Brother.
He wrote: “Today I’m throwing it back to when I hosted SMTV Live with this beauty @tessdaly This was my very first job in TV and at the start I had no idea what I was doing.
“Thankfully Tess was there to hold my hand. We had the BEST time and to this day when we get together we still laugh and share stories of our time hosting the show. Plus how bronzed am I.”

It didn’t take long before the pair were reminiscing about the old days…
And fans of the pair were joining in as well…
Even Kimberley Walsh joined in, with Brian admitting it was on the show that he met her and the rest of Girls Aloud for the first time!
There have been reports that SMTV Live is coming back after Cat joined up with her buddies Ant & Dec on last year’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
And it seems those rumours are coming true, after Ant & Dec revealed more backstage at the NTAs.
Speaking to Radio Times, Ant said: I think we’ve just booked a studio, I think we’ve got some writers involved. So we’re kind of at that stage really.
“We’ll start trying to book guests and have some fun with it now.”

Cat has also been revealing what she would like to be included in the SMTV Live reunion show if it all works out.
She told Digital Spy: “I think that the big elements of the show will be there, like Chums, Wonkey Donkey, Cat the Dog – all of those will be on there.
“And we won’t do text-in competitions, we will still do phone-ins because then Dec can really abuse [the callers] when they get Wonkey Donkey wrong!”
We can’t wait
