They split up three years ago, and word on the street was that they weren’t on the best of terms – but singer Brian McFadden has now said he wishes Vogue Williams and her new husband Spencer Matthews well.

Brian had previously said it was ‘pointless’ trying to stay in contact with his ex, and in a new interview reiterated that fact – but along with his best wishes for her new life.
Brian and the 32-year-old Irish model parted in 2015 after tying the knot in September, 2012. Brian had previously been married to Kerry Katona, with whom he had two children, Lilly-Sue, now 15, and Molly, 16.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Brian – who is now dating PE teacher Danielle Parkinson – laid his cards on the table about his relationship with Vogue.
“I don’t speak to Vogue any more either. It’s pointless. She’s married now and is having a baby ,” he said, but sweetly added:
“I am delighted for her and I hope she has a lovely family. [Spencer] is a great guy.”

He went on to admit there was something he missed very much from his three year marriage to Vogue though – their dog, Winston.
“Not getting to see the dog is the worst part of it,” Brian explained.
“Winston was my best mate and we wouldn’t leave each other’s sides.”
Initially, he and Vogue co-parented their pooch, and shared him between them, but Brian told the mag the arrangement just didn’t work out.
“Vogue and I were sharing the dog but that didn’t make sense any more and Danielle is allergic to dogs, so I gave him back to Vogue,” he explained.

Newly-married Vogue is credited with ‘taming’ Made in Chelsea bad boy Spencer Matthews, who she married at the Spencer family’s Glen Affric Estate in June, just four months after they announced their engagement.

The pair revealed Vogue’s pregnancy in March this year, and said they were expecting a baby boy. Spencer told the Loose Women TV show they were keen to pay tribute to his later brother Michael and Vogue’s deceased father Freddie with the baby’s name.
“It’s no secret my brother passed away and so did her father, and we’d like to incorporate their names into out child’s name somehow. And we have a few front runners, but not 100% yet.” Spencer explained.
We somehow suspect Brian is 100% not on their list though…
