It’s no wonder that now the biggest show of the summer has drawn to a close, host Caroline Flack wants to shake up her look.
Gone are the mid-length ombre locks that she rocked in beachy waves with a killer tan throughout the summer in Mallorca.
The tan has faded and the locks have got the chop – and apparently, blondes don’t have more fun, as Caroline pairs her new chocolate brown do with smoky eyes and a nude-lipped pout.
She captioned the stunning shot: “Bob is back … say Hi bob.”
The look went down well with fans, who took to the comments to express their appreciation for her new look.
One Flack fan wrote: “It looks so much cuter Caroline it really suits your edgy style and personality! Stick with the bob lovely x”
Other comments echoed the sentiment that the bob looked better than her previous style, commenting: “Gotta love the bob… Love it xx… you are very beautiful… Much prefer your realistic look, it’s unique, as you are!’
Another admirer told her: “Love it! A bob never goes out of style. Fab eye make-up too.”
Perhaps a fresh look is an attempt to deflect attention away from swirling rumours about a romance between her and ‘Muggy Mike’ Thalassitis, who seem to have been enjoying a flirtation following his dumping(s) from the island.
Reports claimed the pair had been ‘exchanging texts’, although it was also speculated that Caroline was ‘wary’ of embarking on a relationship with the former footballer.
A source told The Sun: “They are texting and have a genuine connection but Caroline’s not stupid – she knows he’s loving life and girls since leaving the villa.”
‘There is still potential for romance to develop between the pair, but the TV presenter isn’t keen to let anything happen between herself and Mike until the furore surrounding Love Island has ‘calmed down’.”
Caroline’s reps are keen to downplay any romance between the two, commenting: ‘There is absolutely no truth in any of the rumours that Caroline is having a secret relationship with Mike. They are just friends.”
