Cat, who now lives in the US with Irish comedian Patrick, announced her pregnancy news back in January.
Writing on Twitter, the former SMTV: Live star said: “Can’t wait to be a family of four in the spring. We’re all so excited.”
But in March, Cat revealed that she and Patrick had held back on telling Milo about his unborn baby sibling.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Cat said: “I want to tell him when it gets a bit closer and he can get excited and understand it, but right now, he doesn’t even notice, actually.
“He’s got something to lean on right now, when I read him stories. He can cuddle it, but he hasn’t said anything.”
Last month, as her due date neared, Cat posed for a beautiful picture while relaxing on the beach in Los Angeles.
The pregnant star was wearing a yellow bikini at the time with her blossoming baby bump on full show.
Cat, who began her career as a model, found fame in the 90s presenting alongside Ant and Dec on SMTV: Live.
She later went on to host its spin-off chart show CD: UK.
Cat and Patrick married in a romantic ceremony in Rome in 2012.
They welcomed Milo into the world in January 2016.
Congratulations, guys!
