Marnie Simpson stars in Geordie Shore, which gives a pretty unfiltered view of her private life.
We’ve seen her relationships start and end, watched her get drunk more times than we can count and even seen some full-on, plate-flinging arguments.
What we didn’t know was the hidden turmoil underneath the 25-year-old’s party girl image.
But that all came to the surface last night in an emotional discussion on Channel 5’s celebrity therapy show, In Therapy.
Some of the most shocking revelations from the show include Marnie admitting that she considered suicide as a teenager.

She also talked about how much cash she’s spent on cosmetic surgery over the years, including work to her face and breasts – more than £20,000 so far.
During an emotional conversation with therapist Mandy Saligari, Marnie discussed her struggles as a teen when her mum ‘abandoned’ her to move to Vegas with a new boyfriend.
Marnie said: “I was only so young, I had nothing. It was a very tough couple of years. Probably the darkest of my whole life.”
“I just wanted to kill myself. I wanted to cry morning, noon and night.
“The best thing I should have done is go to Vegas and lived with my mam, but I had a controlling boyfriend who stopped us from doing that. He was very violent, jealous and controlling.”
Viewers were stunned by Marnie’s honesty, and took to Twitter to offer their support.
One wrote: “Absolutely love @MarnieGShore she was amazing #InTherapy just a normal stunning down the earth girl.”
Another commented: “Just caught up with @MarnieGShore #InTherapy. So real and down to earth. Amazing how far you’ve come!”
