Chanelle Hayes has revealed she’s having her breast implants removed and chest lifted following the birth of her second son.
The former Big Brother star, 30, told Twitter followers her breasts are “horrendous” after yo-yo dieting and having two children.
She said: “Can’t wait to get these stupid implants out and have an uplift. All this weight fluctuation and two kids have made my boobs horrendous.
“Back to basics this summer/autumn and natural boobies all the way.”
Chanelle said that she’s still researching surgeons, adding: “Need to do plenty of research as I’m pretty nervous to go back under anaesthetic. Plus I want to get all my excess weight off first but can’t bloody wait!!!!”
The reality star is mum to son Blakeley, seven, with ex Matthew Bates, and baby son Frankie, seven months, with ex Ryan Oates.
She had her breasts boosted from a B-cup to a DD cup around seven years ago.
Chanelle first revealed plans to reduce her breast size in an interview with Closer magazine last year, just a few weeks after Frankie’s birth.
At the time, she said: “My boobs were huge during pregnancy. Now they’re like huge, empty balloons. Once I’ve lost the weight, they’ll probably be on my knees, so I’ll have a breast uplift and smaller implants.”
Chanelle also said she hadn’t totally ruled out a tummy tuck “if I end up with loose skin around my stomach.”
The former model recently spoke out about her relationship with ex Ryan, saying they’re amicable these days and putting the children first.
But she vetoed the idea of ever getting back together, bluntly declaring: “I’d rather sit on a cactus.”
They split shortly after Frankie’s birth and a heartbroken Chanelle later hinted it wasn’t her choice to end the relationship.
But in an interview with New! magazine earlier this month, she said: “There are two children involved and we’re adults so you just have to get on with it.

“We talked it through and once we agreed what we were doing with the boys, it was fine. It’s all about the kids. Nothing else is really important.
“I see him nearly three times a week but honestly, so much has gone on, there’s no chance we could ever get back together.”
