Chanelle Hayes has shared a defiant snap of her weight loss transformation in a bid to prove she’s dropped a few dress sizes.
The Big Brother star, 31, took to Instagram to post a photo of herself looking glam in a low-cut red dress, brunette locks hanging loose.

Chanelle captioned the pic: “So I haven’t felt comfortable to wear anything in a bright colour for a while but this week I WENT FOR IT!!!! Found a gorgeous dress at @femmeluxefinery and chose the red!! Loved it!!!
“I couldn’t decide whether to do a red lip or not but decided it may have been overkill so went with nude. Anyway, it covered my arms which I was so glad about because even though I have lost weight from all over, my arms are the last place I seem to notice an inch loss difference.”
She concluded the post with a preemptive note for anyone ready to doubt her weight loss journey, adding: “Also, I took this by door frame, skirting boards, door etc so it’s CLEAR that this pic is NOT photoshopped.”
Her devoted followers flooded the comments with messages of support for the mum-of-two.
One wrote: “You look fabulous! A real inspiration of perseverance and hard work.”
Another commented: “Oh my god!!! You have done AMAZING. What an inspiration. Hot muma.”
Someone else told her: “I need a gym buddy like you for motivation @chanellejhayes absolutely look fantastic.”
Chanelle has struggled with her size for years but revealed earlier this month she managed to fit into size 12 jeans for the first time since 2016, having dropped three stone by eating more healthily and exercising regularly.
Last week, she found herself having to hit back at cruel trolls who said she hadn’t lost any weight and was still a size 18, like she was in November last year when her latest weight loss journey began.

Posting on her Instagram Stories, Chanelle reiterated her “hard work” over recent months and refused to let the haters take that away from her.
She wrote: “For all the people saying I look exactly the same and am size 18 – nope. I am a small-comfy 14 and have lost three stone through pure grit and hard work. Have a nice day.”
