Cheryl Tweedy has slammed rumours that she doesn’t get on with The Greatest Dancer co-judge Oti Mabuse, after she was accused of “acting superior” to the Strictly Come Dancing star on set.
It was reported that they had fallen out over the drama, but a representative for Cheryl has said the claim is a “fabricated story”.
It comes after a source told The Sun: “Cheryl clearly sees herself as the bigger name, even though Oti has impeccable dance credentials. It’s created a real atmosphere. Cheryl arrived with such an air of superiority – a few of the crew thought she was being a bit of a diva.”

Cheryl’s spokesperson poured cold water on the gossip, telling MailOnline: “It’s a fabricated story – yet again trying to pit female against female on a TV show.
“It’s a shame we haven’t moved past this. Cheryl absolutely loves working with Oti and has a brilliant relationship with her.”

However, a source on The Greatest Dancer has said Cheryl has been a big hit on the upcoming BBC show.
They explained to The Sun: “Cheryl is a huge star and is fantastic on The Greatest Dancer, with her support for the contestants and her advice and critiques of performances.”
Oti also showed no signs of animosity towards her co-star last week when she shared a picture of her with Cheryl and Alesha, captioned: “Here come the ladies… I literally cannot wait feeling so proud standing next to these queens I just can’t explain it.”
The Greatest Dancer will air from 5 January on BBC1.
