After the birth of her son Bear, Cheryl was careful not to share too much with the world about her newborn. Even in the lead up to Bear’s arrival we hardly saw the singer out and about.
But now she’s getting used to being a new mummy, she’s also getting used to her new post-baby body, and rightly so has felt able to show it off five months later.
Cruel internet surfing keyboard warriors have taken it upon themselves to decide that the slender star’s pictures are ‘unrealistic’, with someone writing: “This will only put new mothers under pressure to lose their baby weight before their body is ready.”
Cheryl is said to be upset and stunned that people are judging her size.

A source told Closer magazine: “Cheryl was shocked by the toxic backlash, especially as she was starting to get back her self-esteem after feeling low about her body.
“She can’t believe she’s being body shamed again. She was hoping to be praised for it, so to have so much criticism was very hurtful.”
Her other half, former One Direction star Liam Payne has been ignoring the trolls and instead has been singing the praises of his girlfriend.
He told Mail Online “Cheryl’s like Superwoman. She’s done so well and is so happy with herself. She’s been working hard and if you do work hard, you get what you want.
“She had her rest time bonding with Bear at the start. She’s incredible, a natural mum. We take a million pictures of Bear but we want him to be able to decide what he wants to share when he’s older.”

We think she is looking incredible as do many of her fans who took to an Instagram post of her with Sir Mo Farah, and her friend and band mate Nicola Roberts, saying:
“Look at Cheryl! She looks better than ever! Motherhood and Liam really suit her”
While others said:
“U would never have guessed that Cheryl had had a baby. Looking good Miss Cheryl.”
“Cheryl you are glowing with happiness – it’s lovely to see. So happy for you. And Nicola you are a good friend to Cheryl. The two of you look STUNNING

Even Geri Halliwell said on This Morning that new mums are under too much pressure to just snap back, she said, “She looks gorgeous, but I do want to say, for any woman out there that’s had their baby, you know sometimes its genetics.
“I don’t think we should put so much focus on women losing weight after they’ve had their baby. Everybody is different shapes and sizes.”
