Cheryl appeared on her old X Factor pal Dermot O’Leary’s BBC Radio 2 show this morning and revealed that she’s undergoing an extreme weight loss regime.
She told Dermot that she drinks 16 ounces of celery juice every morning, and mixes cardio and abs work to round off her stunning new toned look.

When asked about her new regime, Cheryl – looking radiant – told Dermot about how she has embraced the Tracy Anderson plan.
The plan, which uses intense heat in the same way hot yoga does and exercises that target different sets of muscles, is a favourite with celebs.
“It’s a workout system where she thinks you should use your tiny muscles, rather than your major muscles,” Cheryl explained.
Cheryl has also started drinking 16 ounces of celery juice each morning, which she claims helps with “healing organs”.

Cheryl’s new regime has even caught Dermot’s eye, who learned something from his showbiz pal.
“You taught me a great method when we worked together,” he said.
“You work out for an hour, almost until you pass out, and I’m exactly the same now.”
“I’m quite extreme!” Cheryl laughed in response.

Cheryl recently admitted that she still loves ex, Liam Payne.
The former couple are parents to son Bear and, it appears, they have decided to keep things civil for the sake of their two year old.
“I’m actually really happy that we can be the way we are. We love and care about each other a lot and we share a child. It’s important that we’re able to have a very healthy good relationship,” she told The Sun.
