It doesn’t seem like two minutes ago that Girls Aloud were the ultimate girlie gang, strutting their stuff on the world’s biggest stages as if no one could stop them.
But that seemingly unbreakable bond might’ve come unstuck forever after it emerged that Cheryl has unfollowed her former bandmate Sarah Harding on Twitter.

Geordie Cheryl, 34, has been loved up with One Direction star Liam Payne for the past 18 months or so, and gave birth to the couple’s son Bear in March, so you can understand why she might not have much time for her old mates at the moment.
But there’s a big difference between not seeing your friends very often and unfollowing them on social media.
It has also been reported that Sarah is due to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house soon, and Cheryl’s Twitter move came just as it was announced.
Co-incidence? We think not.
There have been whispers for some time that the five girls aren’t as close as they once were – or at least some of them.
In October 2015, Londoner Harding, 35, told The Sun that she hadn’t been invited to former bandmate Nicola Roberts’ 30th birthday bash.
“I didn’t get a [expletive] invite to Nicola’s birthday!” she fumed. “I nearly tweeted about it but I thought I better not. If I had an invite I wouldn’t have gone, but I didn’t.
“Relations were good between us until I didn’t get an invite. I can’t see a Girls Aloud reunion any time soon, let’s put it that way.”
Despite that episode, Harding – along with the other girls – sent her warmest wishes to Cheryl and Liam on hearing of their new arrival
The blonde singer tweeted: “MASSIVE CONGRATS! to @CherylOfficial and @LiamPayne on their little bundle of newfound joy and all the adventures to come! Proud of u girl X”
So something’s obviously happened between the two since then. But Sarah won’t be able to question Cheryl about the Twitter snub, as she can no longer send her direct messages!

The apparent spat comes just a few weeks after The Sun reported that Harding had had an affair with married EastEnders actor Danny Dyer.
According to The Sun, she is one of the names lined up to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house next month, along with stars including Ab Fab actress Helen Lederer and former X Factor contestant Amelia Lily.
And speaking of The X Factor, earlier this month it was reported that Cheryl would be making a return in this year’s series, with a pay packet of around £500,000.
However, Simon Cowell has dismissed the rumours, saying: “I haven’t spoken to her in six months.”
