A new report claims singer Cheryl’s ex-husband, Ashley Cole has welcomed a second child with his model girlfriend, Sharon Canu.
The Sun is reporting that Sharon gave birth at the weekend and the former England Arsenal footballer, 37, has called his newborn Grace.
Their source claims: “Ashley’s over the moon to have one of each, after having a daughter. Him and Sharon are really serious and devoted to each other.
The insider referenced Cheryl and Ashley’s four-year marriage which ended in 2010, adding: “He seems a completely different bloke to the guy who cheated on Cheryl relentlessly over the years they were married.
“Ashley never gave Cheryl a baby when they were together and that was always the source of some frustration in their relationship – and now he’s had two with Sharon.”
It’s his second child with the Italian model, as the pair already share a son whose name has never been publicly revealed.
He was born in February 2016, and the LA Galaxy footballer celebrated his child’s first birthday last year with a poignant post on Twitter.
Sharing a screengrab from his note app, Ashley wrote: “Today is the 28th of February. It’s a day I will cherish and never forget for the rest of my life.”
“Every day I wake up to the most beautiful thing I could ever dream of: a son that makes my heart melt, a son that can make me laugh no matter what kind of mood I’m in, a son that I’m proud of, a son I watch fall asleep because I never want to leave him, a son that reminded me what’s most important in life.”

The news comes as speculation about Cheryl, 34, and Liam Payne’s two-year relationship ramps up.
This weekend The Sun reported that Cheryl plans to leave the idyllic Surrey home the couple share and is hunting for a new home in North London.
The paper also reports that Cheryl asked a member of her staff to search for the new home for her.
“The search by Cheryl’s employee has been going on for a while,” its source claims.
“They’ve got Statons in Barnet involved. They helped Cheryl with her property after she split from Ashley Cole.”
But there’s no telling whether her search is for a new home for herself, or a new home to share with Liam and their son, Bear, 11 months.
Cheryl dismissed rumours of trouble in the relationship earlier this week at the Brit awards, claiming she was proud of her partner.
“I’m great, it’s been a good night and I’m proud of him. He’s so good,” she said, speaking to The Mirror.
She opened up about motherhood, saying: “It’s challenging, that’s for sure, but when you’re with [Bear] it makes none of that relevant.”
She also took to Twitter to scoff at the speculation about her relationship, saying: “Oh stop 😩 no one cares who’s been speculatively arguing or not in their relationships 🤦🏻♀️ use your platform to put something productive in your columns 🙏🏻
“I opened a centre this week that could help thousands of youth!!!!🙋🏻♀️ ….”
She followed it up with: “Oh and your ‘stunt’ theories are just ludicrous and a bit weird 🤔💁🏻♀️”.
