Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky won’t be splitting up any time soon, according to the star himself.
After a magazine claimed the couple’s marriage may be on the rocks, the Thor actor took to Instagram to set the record straight.
In a tongue-in-cheek post the 33-year-old wrote: “Looking for a new wife according to @womansdayaus and other misleading outlets!”
He then joked: “Honey you still love me right?!” and added the hashtag #thanksfortheheadsup.
Spanish model Elsa, who has three children with the Ghostbusters star, also went online to quash the rumors.
She posted an adorable selfie of her and her husband cuddling up with their dog on an outdoor sofa.
The 40-year-old wrote: “Ahora y siempre ! Always and forever!!” alongside a winking face emoji.
The couple met in 2010 and got married the same year, before having a daughter in 2012 and twin boys in 2014.
Their posts come after a magazine reported the the couple were on a break.
A source told Woman’s Day Australia: “They’ve decided they need space, and they’ve been taking a little break from each other.
“Hopefully it will be a case of absence makes the heart grow fonder, but they definitely appear to have some issues that need to be sorted out.”
Well at least they saw the funny side!
