Love Island’s blue-eyed boy, Chris Hughes, has stepped up his public spat with Katie Price and has even gone as far as to accuse her of threatening his girlfriend Olivia Atwood. It all started when Chris left Love Island back in July and appeared as a guest on Loose Women. Katie had made no secret of the fact that Chris was her ‘type on paper’, revealing on a previous show that she wanted him to be her ‘fourth husband’.
A bit of flirting occurred, Katie told Chris if she wasn’t married she’d be after him and everyone laughed at all the banter (everyone except for Katie’s husband Kieran or Chris’ girlfriend Olivia, we’d imagine)
Chris then went and dropped a clanger in a magazine interview saying that the mother-of-five had actually been messaging him since the show. He revealed, “[Katie] has been sending me messages, but I’ve not been replying. I’ve shown them all to Olivia, so she’s cool with it.”
“At first I thought [Katie] being flirty was a bit of banter, but the content of the messages makes me think she isn’t joking! It’s very weird to think that three months ago no one knew who I was and now I have Katie Price texting me.”

This didn’t go down well with The Pricey who was straight on to Twitter, rubbishing Chris’s claims with a tweet that read: ‘Met @chrishughes_22 once on Loose Women and with @oliviajade_att at the football. Sorry to disappoint you all no flirty texts got sent!’
Chris got annoyed at being ‘mugged off’ and proceeded to share a number of explosive screenshots in response – which appeared to show Katie asking him to meet up, on a number of different platforms.
In one of them she added, ‘Obviously this stays private’ before giving him her contact details. Gulp.
He added: “Leave me and my girlfriend alone to live our lives and don’t threaten her again saying you will destroy our careers. You’ve been shamed, live with it, move on.”
Wow, this is pretty impressive stuff for a young lad from the sticks who has been famous for 15 seconds. Pricey has been in the industry forever and knows a LOT of people.
