Christine McGuinness has shared a beautiful picture of her twins to wish them a happy fifth birthday.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star and husband Paddy McGuinness rarely ever share photos of their three children to social media.
But she treated fans to a rare glimpse of Leo and Penelope on their special day.

Christine, 30, posted a lovely image showing the brother and sister walking over a pristine lawn in the sunshine, clad in matching red football kits.
Her proud caption read: “Happy 5th Birthday to my gorgeous twins Leo & Penelope. You make mummy proud every day ❤ I love you both sooo much, My Superstar Twinkles 🌟✨💫.”

Paddy, 44, shared the same picture to his own Instagram, writing: “Happy 5th birthday to my babies! Had such an amazing day with them yesterday. So proud of everything they do but I’m not sure about those footy kits?”

He also shared an additional photo of Leo standing up a step ladder in the garden, quipping: “My boy helping Daddy trim the trees. 5 today but those presents won’t pay for themselves.”
Fans were quick to chime in with their own birthday wishes.
One wrote: “Happy birthday to your wonderful, precious, beautiful son and daughter. God bless them.”
Another said: “Happy birthday Leo and Penelope, I hope you have a magical day filled with love and laughter xxx.”

Christine and Paddy revealed on the twins’ fourth birthday that both Leo and Penelope have been diagnosed with autism.

In an emotional Instagram post, doting mum praised the twins for “conquering [their] daily challenges” and being “beautiful inside and out, in an extra special way”.
She wrote: “I love you unconditionally, and I will encourage you both to embrace your autism. Because you are totally unique and fantastically awesome.”
The couple are also parents to daughter Felicity, one.
Christine recently revealed she could see signs of autism in Felicity too, but a diagnosis could not be explored until she is older.

Christine and Paddy recently threw their very first Twinkle Ball for the National Autistic Society.
The glamorous black tie event was held in Manchester in April, to coincide with Autism Awareness Month.
