The royals were out in force earlier today, to celebrate the festive season at the Queen’s official Christmas lunch.
But one family member was notably absent… Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
Now Clarence house has explained why she was missing from the important date in the royal calendar.
A spokesperson revealed that she has a heavy cold, and will also be cancelling an appearance at the Olympia Horse Show this evening.
While Camilla, recuperated, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were all smiles as they arrived for the lunch.
Her Majesty opened the doors to Buckingham Palace to welcome the royals for her annual feast.
Kate and William arrived in one car alongside their son Prince George, five, and their daughter Princess Charlotte, three, while Harry and pregnant Meghan arrived in a separate car.

The children’s nanny Maria Turrion Borrallo was also pictured in the backseat of the car next to the children.
Kate looked glowing in a pink dress as she smiled for the cameras.
Charlotte was keen to entertain the crowds as she gave a wave at fans while her big brother George remained shy to the cameras.
Meghan and Harry arrived together for the lunch, with the former actress looking stunning in black.
Prince Charles also attended the lunch but was chauffeur-driven to the palace.
Other guests included the Countess of Wessex and her daughter Lady Louise Windsor with Prince Edward’s wife Sophie pictured driving the car.
The Queen’s son Prince Andrew and his daughter Princess Beatrice also attended.
Prince Philip, 97, made a special appearance at the lunch, driving down from Windsor.
Mike and Zara Tindall also attended the luncheon.
Princess Anne’s husband Timothy Laurence joined the celebrations.
Meanwhile, Peter Phillips’ wife Autumn was joined by a female companion and her elder daughter Savannah, seven.
The Duke of Kent’s daughter Lady Helen Taylor arrived in another car while he was also spotted arriving.
The Queen’s cousin The Duke of Gloucester also arrived alongside his wife Birgitte.
Meanwhile, The Queen’s cousin Prince Michael and his wife Princess Michael of Kent drove from their home in Kensington Palace.
