Just days after Coleen Nolan opened up about trouble in her marriage, it has been reported that she will in fact be separating from her husband Ray in the new year!
But don’t worry – it might not be for long.
The Loose Woman is – apparently – one of the stars returning to the Celebrity Big Brother house for the Allstars special starting in January!
But the news comes just as she revealed for the first time that her marriage is going through a hard time.
Notably did Ray tell her he no longer found her attractive, she also explained how she and Ray would spend nights together, sitting on the same sofa, barely speaking to each other.
“We’re going to do a lot of talking over the next couple of weeks, but if we can’t fix it then I want us to have counselling,” Coleen revealed.
The bubbly star also said she was “totally devastated” when when Ray confessed he no longer found her attractive.
“It was tough to hear, but I’d asked him for the truth and sometimes the truth bloody hurts,” she told The Mirror.
Coleen has confided in her 15 year old daughter Ciara, who’s apparently given her mum her blessing should her parents need to have some time apart
“She’s not an idiot, she notices things and she has said to me: ‘Listen mum, I love you and dad and I want you both to be happy. If you’re going to be happier apart then that’s OK. Please don’t stay because of me.’
“You worry about how it’s going to affect your kids, the boys said to me it didn’t affect them when I split from their dad.”
