Speculation has been rife about the state of Wayne Rooney’s marriage to Coleen, but a recent tweet by the pregnant columnist seems to suggest the pair have overcome their differences.
The rumours started when Wayne was arrested in September following a drink-driving incident – with Wayne being caught driving so-called party girl, Laura Simpson’s car.
Wayne and Coleen haven’t been seen together since the incident – instead, Coleen sped off on holiday, with neither husband nor wedding ring in sight.

Neither of them have publicly addressed the rumours of a split, leaving fans to pull whatever tidbits they can from social media.
And one tweet is leading to speculation that whatever rift there was between the couple is over.
Coleen shared a sweet photo to her twitter account, featuring herself in bed with her three sons, all four of them in matching polka dot pyjamas in aid of charity – the boys in blue, and Coleen in white.
The image was captured “We have our Spotted PJ’s @AlderHey @Matalan #getspotted 💚💛💜❤️💙”
While they admired the adorable photo, there was one glaring question fans wanted answered: who took the picture?
Given that most people would restrict the people allowed into a bedroom at bedtime, the natural conclusion as to who captured this intimate family moment is another member of the family – Wayne.
The pair married in 2008, after meeting as teenagers, and welcomed their first son, Kai, in 2009.
Coleen, who is currently pregnant with their fourth child, has been notably absent from Wayne’s court proceedings, as he faces drink driving charges.
But there have been sings that the estrangement was not complete – while she and the kids were away for Wayne’s birthday, The Sun reported that she had sent a sweet message to mark the occasion: “We love you so much Dad! Thank you for all that you do for us.”

But if this relaxed family photo is anything to go by, the split, if there ever was one, might well be over.
