The matriarch is going to live up to her surname when she crash lands in Albert Square and ruffles quite a few feathers.
But mainly Max and Rainie’s!
Cora (played by Anne Cross) will return next month to continue her custody battle of great-granddaughter Abi.

The last time we saw the fiery OAP was at granddaughter Abi’s funeral in February, where she warned Max to stay away from the family once and for all.
But we all know Max doesn’t take no for an answer. So he married his ex-wife Tanya’s sister Rainie, in the hope it would strengthen his case as a good baby daddy.
We have a feeling that Cora might just attempt to destroy all his chances, though…
But will she condemn her own daughter Rainie, too?
An insider told the Daily Mirror: “Max and Rainie are stunned when Cora shows up out of the blue with little Abi and are even more shocked when she allows them to spend time with her.
“It soon becomes clear she has an ulterior motive… is she about to ruin their chances of getting baby Abi?”
Errrr, we think ‘YES’!
Straight-talking Cora first appeared in the BBC1 soap back in 2011.
And fans have loved her no-nonsence attitude ever since. Bring. It. On!
