Coronation Street’s Tina O’Brien shares sweet pics of family trip away

Tina O’Brien has given an insight into her family life by sharing some fun pics with her children and husband on a trip away.

The family had a weekend in York while Tina had some downtime in her filming schedule for Coronation Street.

The actress, her hubby Adam Crofts, their son Beau, four, and Tina’s daughter Scarlett, ten, were all smiles as they enjoyed an action-packed itinerary.

Tina wrote alongside her photos: “What a day we had yesterday! Started off me and Scarlett totally scared out of our wits at @yorkdungeon what a great experience and the actors were brilliant 👍🏼.”

One snap showed her in the dungeons with Scarlett, and Tina didn’t look too impressed to be accused of “nagging” in the theatrical court room!

The 35-year-old star, who plays Sarah Platt in Corrie, also joked that she managed to find time for a couple of glasses of bubbly at The Ivy in York, too.

Although, she was so exhausted from the day that she ended up having an early night with the kids afterwards!

She added: “Then it was time to calm the nerves back down with a glass ( or two )of prosecco and lunch at @theivyyork finally heading to @jorvikviking for a really fascinating look back at Viking life thank you @lisabyrnepr for organising a full on exhausting day for us. Even I was in bed at 8pm 😂.”

Tina said she was grateful to be able to make memories with her little ones.

Their special day out comes after Tina spoke about wanting to spend more time looking after herself as well as her family.

No more excuses! Day 1 of Mrs sweat head 🤗 speed skipping and some random press ups and squats. I’ve been so busy with my job and mummy duties I feel I’ve really neglected myself. I’ve not been taking time out for any self care…seriously cutting my toe nails and shaving my legs feels like a pamper at the moment, poor Adam 🤭🤪 Exercise? Hmmm struggling to find time to get to the gym and feeling really demotivated when I do get there. Errr can I just sit in the cafe does that count??? Today I bought myself a speed skipping rope and even 10 mins a day will hopefully make a difference. She posted about getting back into exercise in an Instagram post yesterday (18 February) and she revealed that she was trying to practise more “self care”.
