CORRIE SPOILER: Sally’s stalker terror takes dark turn

Stalkers, arrests and an offer someone can't refuse! It's all happening!

| Updated:

It’s going to be a good week in Corrie, so ditch any plans you have and get comfy on the sofa.

This week, Sally Metcalfe’s stalker terror takes a darker turn.

Following on from receiving a bloody animal heart, Sally will be shocked to find that someone has posted her obituary in the Weatherfield Gazette.

Although fearful the stalker may be suggesting that her life is in danger, she defiantly decides to keep working at the council.

Worried about her welfare hubby Tim follows her to a meeting and notices a woman acting strangely at the town hall.

Convinced that she might be the stalker, he pounces on her and demands to know what’s going on.

But has the fella made a mistake? And who exactly is this girl?

We could tell you, but we’d have to kill you!

Coronation Street producer Kate Oates recently revealed that Sally’s world will take a dark path.

“Sally and Tim are set to struggle,” she told Inside Soap.

“Sally might be a snob, but she has a good heart, and has worked hard to get where she has working for the council. So the idea that she might be forced out is a frightening one.

In the midst of all this, though, there will be another face from the Webster past making a return.”

In other Corrie news, Michelle returns from holiday and isn’t sure about what her next step should be.

With no pub to run and getting losing her job as Jenny and Johnny’s wedding planner, Michelle finds herself at a loose end. Until, that is, Robert comes to her rescue with an exciting offer…

But how will this affect Steve’s plans of winning back Michelle and suggests they try marriage counselling?

Meanwhile, there’s more drama to come for Peter Barlow.

When he and Toyah prepare to set off for the IVF clinic, he is arrested over an alleged attack on Chloe.

Although it’s a lie, it doesn’t help him look innocent in the ongoing investigation into who threw Ken down the stairs.

The accusation puts him in the frame for the attack on Ken because he’d used Chloe as an alibi for his whereabouts on the night.

“This is a nightmare for Peter,” says Chris Gascoyne, who plays the Street bad boy.

“Peter has met his match in Chloe. Not even Carla or Leanne managed to set him up and destroy his life – he always did that to himself! Now Chloe has Peter on the ropes and he can see no way out.’

Oooh, we might have to a sit down with a cuppa to get ourselves ready for all this drama!
