Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent took to Instagram to share an adorable photo with her mum – showing the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree.

The shot shows the pair smiling as Brooke takes a mirror selfie, and is captioned simply: “Momma,” followed by a star and a heart emoji.
The actress’ fans were quick to comment on the photo, pointing out the marked resemblance between the two.
“You can tell you are your mother’s daughter x,” one fan commented.
“Wow looks more like your sister than Mama.. Both stunning,” said another.
One fan joked “Which ones which?”
Another gushed: “Your mum is beautiful.”
Another fan took the opportunity to comment on Brooke’s long career on the classic soap, saying: “You probs won’t read this but Iv[sic] been watching Corrie since you were a nipper and I must say you’ve grown up to be a beautiful woman and a great wee actress.”
Brooke has been starring in Corrie for 14 years, after taking over the role of Sophie Webster when she was just 11 years old.
But even after spending more than half her life on the show, she’s still not ready to leave it.
She spoke about her love for the show in an interview with Hello! Magazine back in October, saying she’s not ready to walk away just yet.

When asked if she could imagine leaving on, she replied: “I can and I can’t, I absolutely love it, I wouldn’t want to.
“At the minute I’m kind of getting the best of both worlds and my job’s amazing, the people there are amazing and lovely with me.
“Not only that, but it’s 20 minutes away from home, I still see my family every day and it’s just an amazing, amazing job, and I never ever take it for granted.”
Brooke is the third actress to play Sophie on the hit soap.
