She gave birth to adorable son Alfie in 2015 and clearly Catherine Tyldesley was in a reflective mood as she scrolled through the family photos on Saturday.
The Coronation Street actress, best known for playing Eva Price on the cobbles, uploaded a candid black and white pregnancy throwback to Instagram showing her baby bump just before her son’s birth.

Her grandmother was seen holding both hands to Cath’s stomach urging the little man to hurry up as he was more than two weeks late.
Catherine shared the pregnancy image with the caption: “Throwback. Gran-Gran Jean waiting for Alfie to kick.”
Fans were quick to gush about the beautiful photo and lovely family moment, with one simply saying: “So sweet.”
Catherine and husband Tom Pitfield became parents in March 2015 with the arrival of their first child Alfie after a 38-hour labour.
She later said that becoming a mother had changed her for the better. Aww.
“Having a baby has changed me for the better,” she told Hello. “I was used to doing what I wanted, when I wanted, with no one else to think about except myself.
“Then suddenly this baby arrives and he comes first.”
Catherine’s clearly a doting mum and often gives fans cute updates on Alfie via social media.
She’s also a lover of the throwback, posting two cute throwback snaps in the past week – one showing a baby Alfie beaming next to his actress mum, and the other showing Alfie less happy while clad in a, er, green pea costume…
Of course, once you have one child, people start asking if there are plans for a second…
Well, Catherine told Hello magazine she and Tom would love another child – but will probably stop at two.
“We’d love for Alfie to have a little brother or sister. I once said I’d like four but I think we will settle at two,” she said.
For now, however, Catherine has her plate full with Alfie and a VERY juicy Corrie storyline.
Her character Eva is all set to marry cheating fiance Aidan Connor – but she knows he’s been bedding Maria behind her back and is plotting to take him to the cleaners.
But in a shock twist, Aidan confesses all just before they make it to the altar, leaving Eva wondering if she should forgive him and go through with the nuptials.
Complicating things, however, is Maria, who crashes the wedding intending to make a scene, only to end up fighting with Eva in a fountain outside the venue. Classy.
Catherine revealed last week she’d been petrified filming the dramatic scenes because she’s got a severe fear of heights – but it was worth it in the end for the dramatic scenes to come out of it.
“I’m very high up at one point,” she told Metro.

“I am terrified of heights so that was a real challenge for me – especially when a wasp came. Everyone else thought it was hilarious, but I had a breakdown.
“They are the most challenging scenes I have ever shot. It’s very action packed.”
