“This is a great position to use to relieve #stress and #anxiety and to calm the mind.”
Encouraging her fans to try out the pose, Samia added: “It also increases circulation by helping blood back to the heart.. try it!”
Fans rushed to comment on the sweet pic with one person saying: “Beautiful mother daughter time.”
Another wrote: “She’s getting so big Sam!” while a third added: “Gorgeous pic.”
Samia’s mum, Patsy, also commented on the snap, gushing: “So gorgeous…… very proud Nan and mum.”
The actress has Freya from a previous relationship. She’s also a mum to son Yves, two, with husband Sylvain Longchambon.
Earlier this month, the star revealed she had to have butterfly stitches after her Yves got “too excited” and accidentally injured her head.
She posted a photo of herself to Instagram showing off her injury after the toddler accidentally threw a watch at her forehead.
The photo sees Samia pulling a sad face as she lifted her fringe to unveil a small cut on her forehead.
Samia, who plays Maria Connor in the soap, captioned the post: “Ace times when your toddler gets too excited and throws a (big) watch at your head…”
