Shayne Ward became a dad for the first time to his daughter Willow at the end of last year and has been loving every minute of fatherhood.
But in his recent Instagram post the Corrie star freaked out his fans and himself after showing one of Willow’s toys randomly playing a tune late at night.
The actor told his fans he’s convinced the toys are “possessed” leaving his followers completely spooked out.

“Erm… Yep!!! This ain’t freaky. All I’m saying is WTF is that noise at 49 secs coz it certainly ain’t me,” he wrote along with the hashtags “possessed toy” and “I want my mummy”.
One fan commented: “That is freaky!”
Another, who seemed to have had a similar experience, added: “Had many dropped stomach moments hearing toys go off.”
“Oh my god that’s scary,” a third wrote. Another said: “Omg it’s like Insidious!”
One offered advice to the star saying: “Best thing.. Turn them off before your little one goes to bed. Then it stops you from being paranoid.”
Shayne, who plays Aidan Connor on the Cobbles, welcomed his daughter in December last year with former Hollyoaks star Sophie Austin.
In an interview with Metro back in June the actor said he felt like he was “born to be a dad”.
Talking about becoming a dad for the first time he said: “People could say I was born to sing but I think I was always born to be a dad.
“She’s wonderful, Willow May, she’s a beautiful girl, she’s just over six months.
“She’s on the rapid spins now, she’s just trying to crawl, but I absolutely love it, she’s wonderful.”
And it seems like he can’t wait to expand his brood in the future.
“Every time Sophie reads an interview and I’ve been asked a question about kids, I’m always giving different numbers on how many kids I want! She’s like ‘How many bloody kids do you want?!'” he revealed.
“I always joke and say seven, because I’m one of seven. For me and her, if we’re blessed to have another two or three, that’d be great.”
More recently Shayne stripped down along with several other male stars for Loose Women’s new body confidence campaign.
The campaign was created to help encourage men to talk about their bodies.
But the Corrie hunk revealed he received a lot of online abuse from trolls who criticised his body.
Hitting back at the body-shamers, Shayne said: “If someone’s just going to comment on the fact that I’m a little bit bigger than I used to be, I’m 32, when I first joined the pop industry I was 21, so of course my body’s going to change after that amount of time.

“Being in the public eye can make you more conscious, without a shadow of a doubt, and that’s what’s great about this campaign.”
He continued: “Hopefully this campaign will give men the confidence to talk about body confidence issues, because a lot of it is thrown away as banter; ‘Ah you’ve got a bit of a belly,’ ‘So have you mate.’
“And then it’s done, but actually, once that conversation stops and someone starts to talk about something else, you’re left with that, thinking, actually I do feel like I’ve put on a bit of weight. This campaign is going to be brilliant for that.”
Other male stars taking part include Frank Bruno, Bruno Tonioli, Robbie Savage, David Ginola, Dr Ranj and Robert Rinder.
