Beyonce and Jay-Z have named their newborn twins, and they aren’t what we expected AT ALL.
According to People magazine, Queen Bey and Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, has named their tiny tots after them.
The source said: “The boy’s name is Shawn after his dad, and the girl’s name is Bea – after their parents.”

We’d have preferred Jay-Z Jr. or something.
Although, the couple haven’t actually officially announced the news, the source added: “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends.”
It has also been reported that as the twins were born prematurely, they are being kept in so they can grow and be overseen by doctors.
They are also being “treated for jaundice” too.

Sources also told Hollywood Life that their first child, five-year-old Blue Ivy, helped name the twins.

The 65-year-old captioned the pic: “They’re here!”.
After it was reported that the babies were being kept under close eye, the message shows that they are going to be just fine – and the nation breathed a sigh of relief!
Quite a few celebrities have named their children after them.
Fresh Prince of Bel Air star Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith named their two children Jaden and Willow.
