TOWIE star Dan Osborne has revealed the sad news that his beloved grandmother Mary has died.
The 27-year-old and his wife Jacqueline Jossa shared heartfelt tributes to his nan on Instagram, announcing that she had passed away yesterday (27 February).
Dan admitted that it had been a “heartbreaking day” for them all, as he shared a sweet picture of himself, Jacqueline and their children with his “nanny”.
Dan wrote about his grandma’s strength and thanked her for everything she had done for him and the family.
He posted: “Yesterday was a heartbreaking day 💔.. My beautiful, strong little nanny left us for a better place where she will now be so happy to be back with grandad ❤️ miss you grandad and miss you already nan 😢 you had your funny, cheeky little character right to the end and you are just amazing! Thank you for everything you did for me, my brothers and for the whole family ❤️ we were so lucky to have you as our nan. I love you so much! ❤️🙏🏼.”
Jacqueline, who has Ella, four, and eight-month-old Mia with Dan, then posted her own tribute to their children’s great-grandmother.
The 26-year-old ex-EastEnders actress wrote alongside her husband’s message: “❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ what a lady. Mary you make me smile.”

Fans also offered their sympathy to Dan and Jacqueline, with one writing: “Deepest condolences to you all @danosborneofficial @jacjossa 🙏💜.”
A second commented: “So sorry for your loss @danosborneofficial Thoughts are with you and all your family x @jacjossa.”
