Kem Cetinay may be suffering heartache after splitting from his girlfriend of four months, Amber Davies.
But he’s trying his best to remember the most important things in life, which for him include his family.
In his first foray onto Instagram since revealing news of the split, the reality TV star has posted a sweet snap wishing his mum a happy birthday.
He captioned the image: “Happy birthday to my rock @figencetiney [his mother] don’t know what I’d do without you xxx Family is everything.”
Fans were quick to offer support to the heartbroken star, with one writing: “Gutted for u & Amber, Mums are great for broken hearts.”
Another commented: “Family and parents are very important. They have been there for you so that’s why we need to return that when they need us xx”
Amber, meanwhile, tweeted herself: “Would just like to say I am incredibly overwhelmed by everyone’s lovely messages and comments. The love and support from you all has been absolutely heartwarming. Thank you so much.”
Kem and Amber announced their split this weekend, in a statement to OK Magazine which read: “With sadness, we’ve decided to separate.”

“We fell in love in the villa and want to thank all the fans of the show for supporting us. Our schedules made it difficult. We’ll remain good friends.”
The pair blamed their breakup on work schedules making it difficult to find time for each other, along with a series of blazing rows that put paid to the relationship.
However, despite being unlucky in love this time around, at least Kem will have his bromance with best pal Chris to keep his spirits up.
Kem is also training hard for the first series of Dancing on Ice, which airs in January.
He’ll be appearing alongside Cheryl Baker, Bake Off winner Candice Brown and Jake Quickenden, among others.
