Danniella Westbrook has revealed that she was mugged by two men on mopeds as she walked back to her apartment in Spain.
The star was left terrified after the assailants snatched her bag from her shoulder and tried to drag her along the road.
The former EastEnders actress jetted off to Marbella last month to focus on getting her life back on track after a troubled 2016 – so this was the last thing she needed!

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Danniella said: “I’m shook up. I’m an old girl now. It could have been a lot worse.
“I was just walking along with my bag on my shoulder, kerbside, and I wasn’t in the road.
“They must have obviously gone past a few times.
“I’m literally walking along one minute on the phone and I just felt something pull me fast. It was like when someone pushes you to go by fast.”
The 43-year-old added: “As it pulled me I said, ‘Pardon me,’ and I just saw my bag starting to go with it.
“I started to get half dragged and I just put my arm out and the bag just come off my arm and they just went.”
After the awful ordeal, Danniella revealed losing a serious amount of cash, a phone and an expensive watch.
The troubled star said: “It had cash in it and my work phone.
“I had my work phone in there and luckily I had my iPhone in my hand.
“There was some training stuff, a pair of trainers and that’s all they’ve got away with – my Prada bag.”
She added: “It could have been a lot worse, he could have dragged me down the road with it.”

Luckily for the star, two women came to help her after the incident and walked her back to her gated apartments.
Despite being shaken by the ordeal Danniella claims she feels safe as there is security in her apartment block.
She said: “I live in an apartment which is good to me. I park underneath and I’ve got concierge downstairs so everything’s fine so I’m not fussed by that.
“My days of having big villas and swimming pools are long gone.”
Danniella, who is best known for playing Samantha Mitchell on EastEnders, faced a tough time last year after relapsing on cocaine, but is determined to sort her life out now.
She is getting back to the business of acting and is set to take part in an action movie later this year.
A source told the tabloid: “Danniella is really excited to be working on this project and can’t wait to get stuck in.
“It’s a brand new action film and if she makes a good job of it the role could lead to other opportunities.”
