Her father is one of our most successful footballers of all time.
So perhaps it’s no surprise that Harper Beckham, six, has inherited some of doting dad David’s ball skills!
The ex England star has got his youngest child started on her future career by treating her to her very first football lesson in a local park.
Proud dad David, 42, shared a cute video to Instagram showing him walking hand-in-hand with Harper as they kicked a ball between them.
He then uploaded another clip showing him throwing the ball to Harper and her kicking it back to him, getting more powerful with her kicks each time.
The little girl’s skills certainly impressed fans, with many saying it’s clear she’s taken after her talented dad!
Another said: “Pro in the making. Come on the girls!”
And a fourth chipped in: “Wow! Harper is a really good little footballer just like her daddy.”
One said: “She may be playing football but she kicks like a dancer… lovely pointed toes!”
There were even unconfirmed reports last year that the school girl was training with the English National Ballet!
A source told The Sun: “Harper is of the age now where she is trying loads of different things but she really loves going to ballet.
“There really is no better place for her to learn than the English National Ballet. It’s up there with the most distinguished ballet schools in the world.”
One fan joked: “You have to admit that she got the best trainer in the world!”
Another said: “Well done Harper. You have the bestest of trainers that’s all yours. Your wonderful daddy.”
If Harper enjoyed her lesson and wants to continue, she’ll be following in the footsteps of her older brothers, who have all dabbled in the beautiful sport over the years.
Romeo, 15, is best known these days for his Burberry modelling campaign, but he was also in the Arsenal Academy briefly, before telling his parents it wasn’t the career path for him.
David later told Radio Times: “The other day Romeo turned around to me and said he didn’t want to play football anymore.
“Part of me was devastated but part of me was relieved too. He’s got other passions and I like that.”
Meanwhile, Cruz Beckham, 12, also went down the Arsenal Academy route.
Without naming names, he told ABC News in 2015: “One of my boys turned around to me the other day and said, ‘Daddy, you know, I’m not sure I want to play football all the time…’
“It broke my heart a little bit.”
David went on to say his son had told him, “Every time that I step onto the field, I know people are saying, ‘This is David Beckham’s son’, and if I’m not as good as you, then it’s not good enough’.
“I said, ‘Okay, stop right there… You play because you want to play’.”
What a dad!
