David Beckham wins at Father’s Day as he posts super-sweet message on Instagram

Becks + cute kids + sentimental message = ok fine, that is a small tear

Whatever you’ve written on your Father’s Day card today, David Beckham has almost definitely beaten you with something sweeter. Bloody Becks, winning at everything.

On Saturday night David took to Instagram to post a tribute to his kids, but also to deliver a rallying cry for support to the charity UNICEF.

He posted a picture of him posing alongside Brooklyn, 18, Romeo, 14, and Cruz, 12, on holiday in Tanzania with the caption: ‘The moments I share with my children are incredibly special.

‘Whether that’s laughing together when they tell me things about their day on the drive home from school, reading one of their favourite books to them at bedtime or spending time together on holiday.

‘Through my work with UNICEF I’ve met so many inspiring dads around the world. Dads who want to ensure their children have the best start in life and will do anything to give them the support and love they need even when faced with huge challenges.

‘Join me in supporting @unicef and share your super dad moment in a photo or video this Father’s Day using #EarlyMomentsMatter

The post had 1,123,000 likes and counting because when you add David Beckham + kids + charity, that’s an Instagram heart-melt right there.

It’s not the first time Becks has got us with a sweet Insta pic. A recent shot of him kissing his daughter Harper picked up 1.8 million likes and his super-proud shots with eldest boy Brooklyn are a regular feature.

And on his birthday, he posted a lovely black and white image of him with all of his four children.

The Beckham boys have been in the news this week as they helped out at Tabernacle Christian Centre on Thursday, sorting donations for victims of the Grenfell Fire tragedy.

Pastor Derrick Wilson, 53, told the Press Association: “Victoria Beckham sent her children up. They were here yesterday.

“She sent her children, which is good.”

The Beckham boys went to the church to join other local children – the fire took place near their West London home – as they tried to find ways to help.

The Grenfell Fire has seen celebrities mobilise to help victims.
